Mohith is a Managing Director of Debt Finance at OakNorth, which he joined in 2016 after c.15 years at RBS. An expert in Structured and Corporate Finance, he has deep experience across customer relationships, portfolio management, risk, and strategy. Mo leads on originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions that support growing businesses and ambitious funds with tailored funding solutions. Since 2018, he has spearheaded OakNorth’s work in fund finance, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering success across varied and challenging business situations against a backdrop of a constantly changing macro environment.

Ross is a Director on OakNorth’s Fund Finance team, working with a broad range of funds and sponsors to structure flexible lending solutions that help them deploy capital efficiently and scale with confidence. He brings over eight years of specialist experience in fund and subscription finance, having held senior roles at Royal Bank of Scotland International and Bank of Ireland, and most recently at Bank of China, where he ran the EMEA Fund Finance book (a portfolio of approximately $3bn) covering transactions across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. He has developed deep expertise across private debt, private equity, listed investment trusts, infrastructure and single investor transactions.
