OakNorth, the digital bank for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs, has provided $17.1m in loans and committed facilities to LegacyMD, LLC. The funds will support the creation of the LegacyMD concierge healthcare platform, including the reorganization of Priority Physicians, the acquisition of Health Bridge, and the buildout of two new flagship offices in Fishers, Indiana and Long Island, New York.
The transaction brings together two complementary concierge medicine providers — Priority Physicians of Greater Indianapolis and Long Island’s Health Bridge — under a single, majority physician-owned platform. By the end of 2026, LegacyMD will encompass 21 physicians across four operating locations, including the two newly established flagship offices.
